What happened to Rubicon?!

The first versions were so fun to play so getting version 2 was automatic. Unfortunately I have lost my faith in Rubicon as this seems like a beta version or something. No multiplayer, no storyline, weak levels, small maps...sooo disappointing! Dont spend your money! Shame on you Rubicon
